Partner terms
These terms govern the Pups Deployed Partners program. By joining or sharing your referral code or link, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@pupsdeployed.com.
- Promote honestly. Represent Pups Deployed truthfully. No spam, no false or exaggerated claims, no posing as us, and no promising rates, discounts, or guarantees we have not offered.
- No brand bidding. Do not run paid search or social ads on our name or brand terms, and do not register domains, handles, or pages that impersonate us.
- What earns a commission. You earn $30 when someone you refer becomes a paying client: they reach us through your code or link, are new to Pups Deployed (not a current or former client, and not you or your own household), complete a meet and greet, and are booked with a card on file. One commission per new client.
- Getting paid. Payouts are sent manually to the payout method on your account once a referred client is established (card on file and a first completed visit). Keep your payout details accurate. You participate as an independent party, not an employee or agent, and you are responsible for your own taxes; if you earn $600 or more in a year we may request a W-9 and will issue a 1099.
- Honest referrals only. We may withhold, decline, or reverse a commission for referrals that are fraudulent, self-referred, duplicates, existing or former customers, or that cancel, refund, or charge back. Repeated abuse can end your participation.
- Your code. You get one referral code and may choose it once yourself; after that, ask us to change it. Changing a code stops previously shared links from crediting you, so pick it before you share widely. Codes are letters and numbers only (no spaces or symbols).
- Customer privacy. You will see limited information about people you refer (first name, last initial, and date). Do not contact, store, or otherwise misuse it.
- Changes and ending. We may change the commission rate or these terms, or end the program, with reasonable notice; commissions already earned will still be paid. You may stop at any time, and we may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
